Food at the King’s Head
We love our food at the King’s Head. Our chefs are incredibly passionate about producing some of the best food with a choice of, where possible, local ingredients.
The pub itself serves quality pub food all year round.
Please note our menus continuously change using where possible fresh local ingredients. The pub is open from 12pm-10pm Sunday – Thursday, and 12-11pm on Friday & Saturday. Food is served midday-8.30pm Sunday – Thursday* midday-9pm Friday & Saturday* (*Winter Hours). Breakfast is served from 8.30am to 10.30am.

Our Chefs are committed to catering for all dietary needs with plenty of gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Please ask our staff for information.
Home cooked curries are something of a speciality at the King’s Head with a wide variety of curries including Thai, Indian, Vietnamese catering for all taste palates.
Pizzas are also very popular but old fashioned British cooking is well represented by our pub menu with some excellent dishes such as steak & ale pie and Beer Battered fish and home-made chips!
We serve succulent steaks cooked to your liking with a choice of sauces……
We also have a Specials Board for our finer food such as Welsh Lamb, Pork, Welsh Venison, & delicious Fish.
Nearly all of our Desserts are all homemade and where possible gluten-free
We have a delicious cheeseboard with a selection of Welsh cheeses and Welsh crackers.
