Your Safety at The King’s Head Inn
At The King’s Head Inn, your comfort and safety are very important to us. As a 17th-century inn, our building has some natural steps and slopes, but we’ve worked hard to make it as safe and accessible as possible.
· Our kitchen and staff areas have non-slip floors and strict cleaning routines.
· The bar areas have slate floors and a small slope/step between them – please take care. Staff will be happy to show you the flat access route if needed.
· There are steps through the porch, but wheelchair access is available via a side entrance.
· We have a fully accessible toilet with baby changing facilities. Outside toilets are on the patio and reached by small wooden steps.
· Our car park is well lit but slopes in places – please take care, especially in wet weather.
· We offer ground-floor guest rooms in our hotel blocks. Staff are happy to help with luggage and access if required.
· Our townhouse accommodation has gravel parking and some steps – ramps are available on request.
· If you see any spills or hazards, please let a member of staff know straight away so we can deal with them quickly.
If you have any concerns about access, mobility or safety during your visit, please speak to a member of our team. We’re here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
